HKO hoist typhoon signal number 9 today. Typhoon Nuri passed by HK @ about 15:00pm, therefore the eye of Nuri is still passing directly over HK now. There are temprorary out of winds out of my windows. However, later on after the eye passed by, the winds will coming back suddenly & strongly! And also Nuri will getting far away from HK.
