Attending AI Skills Fest 2026 back in June was a fantastic experience. Beyond the sessions, one of the biggest perks was receiving a free Microsoft exam voucher.
So, what’s next on my learning roadmap from the certificate below?

1. Where I Stand: Building on a Strong Cloud Foundation
Having already earned the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification few years ago, I’ve spent a lot of time focusing on infrastructure, system design, security, and scalability in the cloud.
While core cloud architecture remains vital, the rapid rise of generative AI and automated workflows is changing how businesses operate day-to-day. Architecting the cloud is only step one; leveraging intelligent tools on top of that infrastructure is where the immediate business value lies.
2. The Pivot: Moving into AI Business Solutions
Rather than stacking another deep infrastructure credential, I decided to move toward the AI Business Solution track.
Modern enterprise tech isn’t just about backend systems anymore—it’s about empowering end-users with actionable AI tools. Microsoft’s push into Copilot and autonomous agents represents a massive shift in workplace productivity.
3. The Next Step: Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals
To kick off this phase of my journey, I prepared for Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.
- Governance & Security: How to deploy Copilot and custom agents responsibly within enterprise environments.
- Agent Creation & Extensibility: Understanding how custom AI agents integrate into daily business workflows.
- User Enablement: Bridging the gap between high-level architectural capability and real-world business productivity.
4. The Result: Passed the Copilot & Agent Administration Exam!
After about 3 weeks of dedicated study, I officially sat for and passed the Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900) exam!
